Awful customer service. No one was at the front desk for 15 minutes which I’ve never experienced. I typically try to sign my forms, provide pictures of insurance on the app and do all the check in things to make the front desk person’s life easier just out of courtesy. But that was all for nothing because I was still treated unfairly. I could hear workers chatting and laughing behind the doors as I waited and waited. Then the woman behind me waiting in line asked that I knock on the door leading to the rooms and I did because we had been waiting a while and no one was coming out to help; then an African American woman with a scarf on came out and mockingly knocked on the door in response and came out laughing. Then another Hispanic woman typed a notice a few minutes after and stuck it on the door “don’t knock on the door”, in all capitals. HILARIOUS. I said “Maybe you should have someone at the front desk if you don’t want people to knock?”….And she turned her body and ROLLED her eyes and was like “Ok and you can still be helped ma’am!” I will never be back and suggest no one come to this location. Other Northshore locations have been absolutely wonderful. Those two workers at this

Refused service to a sick baby. Trash attitude throughout. Dismissive. Uncaring, unkind. Appalling. If you care for the health of your child, do not come here.

Today is the second time I’ve been turned away for basic services at this location. The first was a simple hand x-ray, as ordered by my son’s pediatrician within endeavor health. Both the pediatrician and the scheduler for our next appointment told us this urgent care facility could do the x-ray as a walk-in. Instead, the facility flat out refused to serve us, saying they don’t take x-ray orders from doctors. They told us to go up to the ER instead. Today was similar: my doctor with endeavor health ordered bloodwork and put the order in the system. At the urgent care facility, they said they no longer do bloodwork from outside orders, as of about a year ago, even if it’s from an endeavor health physician. The woman at the front desk told me that bloodwork was their most popular service, so that’s why they cut it. Great job, Endeavor Health, really serving the needs of the community. It seems that with Endesvor’s restructuring to encompass all of North Shore Health, they know they’re one of the few providers left in the community so we have a few options. But rather than provide excellent care, they’re cutting services left and right to save a buck. Shame on you, Endeavor Health.

They are awful, non-immediate care. On two different occaisions when I needed quick medical help their response was to make an appointment and come back later. Go to either an ER or Northwestern immediate care.

I’ve needed to go here several times and have been able to get quick appointments. The staff is professional and attentive. Sometimes, the staff can be a bit rushed even when there are few to no patients waiting. I would appreciate it if they slowed down their explanations of what might be going on with the patient and what treatment they are recommending.
